I placed an order, how long will it take to ship out?

• Items on average take 2-14 business days to ship out. However, some items are custom so it may take an additional 2-4 business days to make your item.

I got an email that my order shipped, how long will it take?

• This varies by the shipping method you chose when you purchased your item. Usually, the shipping company provides you with an estimated delivery date when you provide your tracking number.

My order said it was delivered but I did not receive it.

• In this case, we can try to investigate what happened but once it's at the shipping company, Mogul has no control over what happens to the package. We do encourage you to choose the option that has "signature required" for peace of mind.

I ordered the wrong size/I don't like it. What can I do?

• Due to COVID-19, we no longer exchange or return items because of sizing, dislike, or change of mind. We provide various sizing charts on our website to help you out with this.

My item broke. What happens next?

• If you purchased the item within 30 days, please email sales@buymogul.com for more information. If the item looks like it was damaged maliciously, Mogul reserves the right to deny you a refund or exchange.
